The artists there will talk to you about what you want and what they can do with it. They are really nice people & you will know instantly if they are on the same wavelength as you with the design. Once you agree that you are both happy with the idea, they will then start to draw it up for you. You won't be charged until they draw it up & all tattoo artists are happy to talk your ideas over with you. Afterall that is what they do. They know where things work etc & can tell you if your design will work on skin. Remember your skin is different to paper or a computer screen so what looks good on one doesn't always work on the other. But I know there is a tribal tattoo design software online that could be downloaded. My bf is a tattooist and from experience I would say find a tattoo shop and artist with a good reputation and they can design it. It is always better to work with someone face to face when it comes to tattoo's since all people have different body shapes one tat would be for one and not the other.
