   You can use Adobe dream weber it’s the best web desiggner, but you have to learn java script.

   Who knows what they used (probably dreamweaver) they could have done the whole thing using a simple text edit program.

   No website creating program will do all that work for you, all those programs can do is make the process faster. It takes knowledge of the basics (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and creativity to design any website. Not only that your only seeing the surface of that website, don’t forget about the sever-side scripting that all the programmers have to deal with.

   This is where you can buy Dreamweaver.

   You can prob design it yourself.

   I use…

   I say this because I got a lot of my ideas from them. They offer free scripts so you do not have to know how to program. This has helped with many of my sites.

   If you have a host.. See what they offer .. They might also offer something to you for free.
